Telgoo5 joined the 2026 AT&T regional events in Greenwich, Anaheim, and Dallas, bringing our enterprise billing and customer management platform to the AT&T Partner Exchange (APEX) community. Our spotlight presentation focused on an opportunity many service providers already have: expanding the business relationships they have built by adding wireless and complementary services.
For Managed Service Providers (MSPs), that opportunity goes beyond adding another product to the portfolio. It means having the operational support to manage additional services, bill customers clearly, and maintain a consistent experience as those relationships grow.
Growing the customer relationships you already have
The starting point of our presentation was simple: you already have the customer. Providers serving business accounts have existing sales relationships and an understanding of their customers’ connectivity needs. Wireless can create another way to serve those accounts and become part of a broader enterprise offering.
Our spotlight showed how AT&T’s network and services, together with Telgoo5’s enterprise platform, can support that expansion. Native APEX integration, enterprise self-service, and flexible billing and payments help providers manage the relationship beyond the initial sale.
Wireless can be the entry point, but the offering can also include broadband, hardware, installation, and managed services. Telgoo5’s ability to bill beyond wireless gives providers a way to bring those services together on a consolidated customer invoice.
Keeping operations connected as services expand
A broader service portfolio introduces more information to manage. New activations, service changes, and customer billing need to stay aligned. When teams handle those activities in disconnected systems, they can spend more time re-entering information and reconciling differences.
For example, a service upgrade that does not flow through to billing can leave an invoice out of step with the customer’s active services. Delayed billing can slow cash collection, while incorrect charges can create disputes and additional work. These are operational risks providers should address as they expand.
Built on more than 20 years of telecom expertise, Telgoo5 brings billing and customer management into one platform. Its native APEX integration supports connected workflows across provisioning and the customer lifecycle, helping providers reduce manual handoffs as they manage mobility, fiber, and fixed wireless services.
Billing that supports a broader enterprise offering
The ability to sell multiple services is more valuable when providers can also manage how those services are billed. Telgoo5 supports consolidated billing, allowing providers to bring connectivity and additional offerings into a single customer statement rather than treating each service as a separate billing relationship.
That approach supports the enterprise opportunity presented at APEX: growing the account while keeping the customer experience manageable. A clear, consolidated invoice makes it easier for customers to review their charges and gives providers a more consistent way to present their offering.
Tax calculation and payments through established integrations
The APEX newsletter spotlight also highlighted two integrations that support day-to-day billing operations. CereTax integration automates tax calculations across federal, state, and local jurisdictions, reducing reliance on manual calculations. Stripe supports credit, debit, and ACH payments.
These capabilities help connect invoicing with payment collection. Alongside enterprise self-service and reporting, they give providers tools to manage customer accounts and improve visibility across their operations.
Continuing the APEX conversation
Our presence across Greenwich, Anaheim, and Dallas gave us the opportunity to share this enterprise approach with the APEX community. The regional events and newsletter spotlight provided a platform to explain how Telgoo5 supports providers as they expand their service offerings.
For MSPs considering their next stage of growth, the customer relationship is a strong place to start. Adding wireless or complementary services becomes more manageable when billing and customer operations can support the broader offering.
Thank you to the AT&T team and the APEX community for the opportunity to participate. We look forward to continuing the conversation with providers exploring how to grow their enterprise business with Telgoo5.
